Vehicle Recall Check

On an annual basis millions of vehicles are recalled in the United States due to defects or lack of compliance with federal safety standards. The New Mexico Department of Justice wants to help educate New Mexican’s on these issues and has provided a link to the U.S. Department of Transportation’s National Highway Traffic Safety Administration’s online search tool to find out if your vehicle is directly impacted by a recall. This information can be easily searched by entering the Vehicle Identification Number (VIN) of your vehicle.
