Las Cruces, NM – An attorney from the Office of the Attorney General will be appearing at the community forum in Las Cruces this afternoon to explain its role in advocating for ratepayers in utility rate cases. The Office of the Attorney General will also clarify the criteria the Office of the Attorney General uses when evaluating these cases.
