Yes. The Office of the Attorney General (OAG) provides year-round opportunities for law students interested in working for New Mexico’s largest and most dynamic public law office. The number of positions available depends upon current needs and available funding. Law clerks at the OAG often have diverse legal interests and may have the opportunity to work in a variety of different legal fields, including: administrative law, civil litigation and appeals, consumer protection, criminal prosecution and appeals, environmental protection and utilities law, Medicaid fraud, and other various areas of law and policy.
